     Egg yolk trifle sponge

Ingredients
4 Egg Yolks
1/3 Cup Hot Water
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Flour
Pinch Salt
 

Instructions
Beat Yolks and hot water until thick
Gradually beat in sugar until thick and creamy
Fold in Flour, Baking Powder and salt
Bake 15 – 20 Minutes at 190°C
Serving Suggestions
These freeze well until required
