Preheat oven to 360.
Mix butter, sugars, egg and almond extract
until smooth. Add a drops of food coloring and stir
thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, mix flour,
baking powder and salt. Add dry mixture slowly
into the wet mixture and mix until fully
incorporated. Should be texture of thick creamy peanut butter
Pipe batter into a cookie spritzer
and press cookies onto baking sheet. Bake 6-7
minutes.
