Place cherries in screw-top jar, discarding any excess syrup. Add brandy and shake well. Store for 1-2 weeks, shaking the jar every day so cherries absorb brandy.

Break chocolate into bowl and melt chocolate (Bain-Marie). Stir until smooth.
|
|
|
Spear each cherry on a cocktail stick and dip into the melted chocolate, turning so cherry is evenly coated. In summer put them in the fridge because the chocolate will melt. Try them they taste really good --)
