1. In sauce pan combine, white sugar, salt,
half and half, and whipping cream.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. In another sauce pan, combine Brown Sugar
and Cornstarch.
4. Gradually whisk in hot mixture into brown
sugar mixture.
5. Add butter.
6. Cook over Medium Heat, whisk constantly, 5
minutes or until thick.
7. Simmer 1 minute and stir in Vanilla.
8. Pour into uncooked pie shell and sprinkle
with Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
9. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 Minutes.
