Combine cashews, garlic, onion, sea salt, coriander, and pepper. Pulse several times until cashews are finely ground. Add chicken stock and coconut milk and blend until smooth. Place chicken and broccoli into an 8x8 pan. Pour sauce evenly over the top of the chicken and broccoli. Then sprinkle evenly with the flax seed. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
