1-2 teaspoon salt plus 2 teaspoons for pasta water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°f
Bring water with two tablespoons of salt to boil in
large pot. Add pasta and cook to aldente. Drain.
Mix marinara , ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup
parmesean, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and basil together in
a large bowl, add pasta and stir to coat completely.
Coat bottom of 9x13 with olive ooil. Spread mixture
in dish. Sprinkle top with parmesean and remaining
mozzarella. Bake for 20-30 mins or until cheese on
top golden brown and ziti bubbling.
