2 boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces
2 tbsp flour
1 pkt ranch dressing mix
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to pkg. drain and return to pot. Cook bacon in LG skillet until crisp. Drain on paper towels, keep one tbsp. grease.
Season chicken w/ salt & pepper. Add butter to reserved bacon grease, add chicken, cook until no longer pink.
Sprinkle flour & ranch dressing mix over chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Stir in milk and cook, stir occasionally, until thick, stir in cheddar cheese and bacon. Cook until cheese is melted.
