Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the oil and wipe out any extra with a towel.
Add the mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add onion to the pan and cook until brown. Add the chicken and cook until brown.
Add the asparagus, cooked mushrooms, lemon juice, and parsley along with salt and pepper to taste.
Reduce heat and cover, cooking for about 10 minutes.
