     Baked spaghetti nests (Christmas starter lunch)

Ingredients
250g spaghetti
150g-200g minced beef
1/2 can passata di pomodoro
2 tblspoons tomatoes paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
About 5 segments of garlic cloves chopped
Some vegetable oil
 
Mixed herbs
1 beef cube
Salt and pepper
Some grated cheese
1 egg

Instructions
Method- Sauce Put the chopped garlic cloves, the minced beef and the beef cube in a small pan, with a little water and a dash of oil. Simmer till the beef turn brown. Add the passata the pomodoro, the tomatoes paste, sugar, ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Let it simmer on low heat for some time. Meanwhile boil pasta. When ready drain pasta, put it back in a deep pan, mix the tomatoes beef sauce, the egg and the grated cheese. Put pasta in a dish, sprinkle some grated cheese and pepper. Grease a muffin baking tin. Twist some spaghetti with a fork and place it in a muffin tin. Continue this till you make them all. Put some of the spaghetti sauce on top, that is left in the pan, sprinkle some grated cheese on top. Bake in hot oven for 20-30 minutes or till the surface turn golden brown --)
