• 1/8 cup Egg Beaters Egg Beaters
• 1/2 cup fat-free skim milk
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 3 medium banana(s)
• 1/4 cup packaged shredded coconut
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup uncooked wheat bran
• 1/2 cup McNeil Nutritionals SPLENDA No
 
• Calorie Sweetener
• 1/4 cup rolled oats
• 1/8 cup McNeil Nutritionals Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
• 3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Instructions
in lg bowl combo dry ingredients. in sm bowl combo milk, marg, n vanilla. stir milk mix into dry. stir in coconut n crushed bananas. cinnamon to taste. spread into greased loaf pan bake @ 350 about hr til center clean
