Take off the skin of the salmon, and the tiny
bone and spines of the middle. Put it in the
Liquidizer with the oil, cheese, shredded
salmon, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. You
can serve it with Maltese Galletti, Sundried
Tomato and basil or Ritz crackers as an
appetizers with olives,capers and bits of
tomatoes. -) Taste delicious!
