     Salmon Dip!

Ingredients
213g can John West Pink Salmon
1 box LA Vache qui rit light
About 4 garlic cloves crushed
10 Tblspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper
2 tblspoon shredded salmon in oil (used Alaska-Seelachs-Schnitzel)
Few drops Tabasco Pepper Sauce (optional)
 

Instructions
Salmon Dip! (You can make it on appetizers as well!)
Take off the skin of the salmon, and the tiny bone and spines of the middle. Put it in the Liquidizer with the oil, cheese, shredded salmon, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. You can serve it with Maltese Galletti, Sundried Tomato and basil or Ritz crackers as an appetizers with olives,capers and bits of tomatoes. -) Taste delicious!
