     Quattro Chili Poppers

Ingredients
24 2-3 inches Hot Peppers ( Fresno, Jalapeno, Cu-belle, or Sarranos)
or 10-12 Half- Hots ( Poblanos)
4 oz Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Grates Asiago Cheese
2 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons Sharp Provolone gratred
1/2 Cup Minced Prosciutto and 2 Tablespoons Mayo and1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
 
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Fresh Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Instructions
Mix all together and stuff peppers with 2-3 Teaspoons of stuffing. Place in a shallow baking pan and sprinkle with additional bread crumbs, Parmesan and olive oil. Chill at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350. Bake 30-35 minutes until cheese is melted and starts to brown. Cool 5 minutes and serve.
