Ingredients
1 c. white flour
1 c. wheat flour
2 eggs
2 yolks
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
2 Tbs. butter, melted
 

Instructions
MIx all ingredients in blender and blend very well about 3 minutes.
Cook on Pam-sprayed pan. Turning once.
To make blitzens mix 1/2 c. cream cheese, 1 c. ricotta cheese, 1 tsp. vanilla and 4 Tbs. sugar. Fill crepes, roll up and heat. Dust with powder sugar.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with syrup, berries, lemon juice,powdered sugar, nutella and/or bananas.
