     Sausage Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb GF sausage
1 T butter (more if sausage is lean)
3 T potato starch
3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Place sausage in lg skillet. Cook over med0ghigh geat until evenly browned. Remove sausage and leave drippings in pan. Stir in the butter until melted. Reduce heat to medium and add potato starch. Stir for about 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk, and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cooked sausage. Reduce heat and simmer a few more minutes until desired consistency. Add more flour if not thick enough or add milk if too thick. Serve of biscuits and ENJOY!
