Marinate the beef strips in a soy sauce and
corn flour mixture.
Mix beef strips with mistikka, cardamom, gozit
el teeb, cinnamon.
Fry in oil on high heat then add onion, garlic,
ginger, pepper and mushrooms then add beef
mixture.
