     Carrot Cake

Ingredients
1 1/4 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Oil
3 Eggs
3 Cups shredded carrots
1 1/4 Cups Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
 
walnuts

Instructions
Beat sugar with oil. Then add one egg at a time. Mix flour with bp, bs, salt, and cinnamon then add to mixture. Add carrots and mix. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees celcius.
