16 oz. uncooked wide egg noodles
|
|
1 stick butter (real butter)
|
|
2 eggs, beaten
|
|
1 c. dairy sour cream
|
|
16 - 24 oz. diced, fully cooked smoked ham.
|
|
1/4 tsp. pepper
|
|
1 c. dry bread crumbs
|
|
Salt to taste
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Drop noodles into 6 cups boiling salted water. Cook, stirring
constantly
3 minutes. Cover and remove from heat, let stand 10 minutes;
drain.

Stir butter into noodles. Stir eggs into sour cream. Stir egg
mixture, ham and pepper into noodles.
|
|
|
Pour noodle mixture into casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly
over top of casserole.
Bake uncovered in 350 degrees 40-45 minutes.
