     Spa Day Bircher Muesli

Ingredients
2 medium apples, peeled and cored
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond or coconut yogurt
2 tbsp raw pepita seeds
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp dried cranberries
 

Instructions
Dice one apple and grate the other on a box grater. Place the apples in a large bowl and add oats, yogurt, pepita seeds, raisins, and cranberries. Stir to combine.
Cover the bowl, refrigerate the muesli overnight
top with fresh fruit, nuts, maple syrup and pinch of cinnamon. good for 3-4 days
