     Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
Custard Base (mix in blender)
4 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
For Quiche Lorraine, place in each baking dish
1/2 cup finely chopped onion, lightly sautéed
1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
 
1/2 package bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 c fresh parsley, finely chopped
For Veggie Quiche, sauté together the following
1/4 c finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped peppers
1/4 c. finely chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. asparagus, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan for each quiche.
Line bottom of pie plate with cheese, meat, and veggies. Combine eggs, salt, flour and milk in blender until smooth; pour over filling pie pan. You will need one recipe of custard base per quiche.
Bake in preheated oven for 35-45 minutes, until set. Serve hot or cold.
