assorted seasonings I used cavendersd sp Italian seas minced onion garlic powder put potatoes in stock pot and cover with water 1 inch over add seasonings and boil until soft do not drain the water will cook down to the patotoes add corn cubed velvetta milk and smk sausage reduce and let simmer.
