     Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb oleo
1 c. flour
8 c water
1 lg carrot, diced
1 stalk celery
1/2 lb or #303 can tomatoes or small can of tomato sauce
4 T. beef bouillion granules
1 bag mized vegetables
 

Instructions
Make a roux with melted oleo and flour. Stir until smooth.
Add all the other ingredients-except meat.
In skillet, saute meat until brown, drain off grease. Add soup mixture, simmer-stirring for 1 1/2 hrs or longer.
This is better reheated!
