Ingredients
a. 2 lb or so corned beef
a. 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
a. Browning sauce
B. Half can beer
b. Equal parts beef broth
b. Flavor mixture
b. 3 cloves garlic
b. 1/2 onion
 

Instructions
Coat roast with browning sauce and heat oil in pan. Brown it on each side for 5 minutes or so on medium heat
combine b ingredients and add roast to pan. Bake on 275 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until done
