     Cauliflower Pizza

Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower
2 tbsp coconut flower
1 egg
1 cup cottage cheese
Prefered toppings-
fat free, sugar free, low carb tomato sauce
FF mozzarella to taste
Mushrooms
turkey sausage
 

Instructions
chop cauliflower into pieces Toss into blender until well grounded Stir in cottage cheese by hand and blend until smooth Add egg, coconut flower Spread out on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 at 425 on lower level until the crust is golden brown then top with toppings and bake for another 10-15 minutes
