Ingredients
1 1/2 c self rising cornmeal
1/2 c canola oil
1 8oz. container sour cream
1 8.5 oz can creamed corn
1 medium chopped onion
1 egg
1 jalapeno chopped
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased iron skillet
Cook for 10 to 15 m at 425 degrees Fahrenheit
