     Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients
1/2 C Unsalted Butter
1 Pint Heavy Cream
2/3 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Tablespoon Onion Powder
Cracked Black Pepper to taste
1lb Fettuccini prepared as directed
Kosher salt to taste
 

Instructions
Prepare salted water to be boiled in a large pot on stove. In the meantime, in a medium sized pot melt butter. When butter is melted add heavy cream and stir constantly for about 10 minutes. When cream starts to thicken add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, continue to stir and take off heat.
Before straining the pasta put a cup of pasta water on the side to dilute Alfredo sauce if it becomes too thick. In a separate bowl add half of Parmesan cheese and half of Alfredo sauce then add the past on top. Stir together and add the rest of the Parmesan and sauce stirring again until each noodle is coated. If Alfredo becomes too thick add a few tablespoons of water at a time to the fettuccine Alfredo and stir. Keep adding water until desired thickness is reached.
Serve while hot! Enjoy!
