     Turkey Carrot Potato Meatballs(wwsm)

Ingredients
• 1 egg
• 1 large potato(es)
• 5 medium carrot(s)
• 1/4 cup fat-free skim milk
• 3 Tbsp Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
• 2 tsp garlic powder
 
• 8 oz Turkey, ground, regular, raw
• 3 slices Wonder Light Wheat Bread

Instructions
1. Peel and quarter potato. Peel and trim ends of carrots--roast with cooking spray, some salt, and pepper @ 400 for 40 minutes...then let cool.
2. Meanwhile, turn oven down 375. Cube bread. Put all ingredients together (except turkey), let soak. Stir to break up bread.
3. Add turkey to mix and stir until smooth. Shape into meatballs and bake for aprox 30 minutes.
** May want to add some Italian seasoning!
