Cook pasta according to directions on box. Do not overcook. Pasta should be firm when added to soup. Drain pasta.
Add chicken broth in large saucepan and bring to boil. Add spinach to broth and cook for 5 min or until spinach is tender. If using frozen spinach, drain well before adding to broth.
Add meatballs and bring soup to a simmer. Stir in parmesan cheese and serve.
