Combine first 10 ingredients to make marinade.
Cut chicken breasts into equally sized cubes.
Cut red onion into large wedges. Assemble
skewers, alternating between chicken and
onions. Cover skewers with marinade and
marinate, covered in the fridge, for at least 8
hours.
Clean and oil grill. Grill kebabs till no
longer pink inside. Serve hot with middle
eastern rice (jasmine rice, cooked normally but
with tumeric, cumin, garlic, parsley, pepper,
and cayenne pepper added.
