1 4-5 lb.beef roast, any kind
|
|
1(1 1/4) oz. pkg. of dried italian dsg. mix
|
|
1 (1 1/4) oz. pkg. brown gravy mix, dry
|
|
1 (1 1/4) oz. pkg. ranch dressing mix, dry
|
|
1/2 C water
|
|
Kosher salt
|
|
Cracked black pepper
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Season both sides of roast liberally with salt and pepper. Brown in heavy skillet over high heat appprox. 3 min on ea. side.
|

Place roast in crock pot. Mix dried mixes together in a bowl and sprinkle over the roast.
|
|
|
Pour the water around the roast.
|
|
|
cook on low for 6 hours.
