     Baked Dijon Salmon

Ingredients
1/4 cup melted butter
3 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
4 tsp chopped fresh parsley
4 4oz salmon filets
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Stir together butter, mustard and honey in a bowl. In another bowl combine bread crumbs, pecans and parsley
Brush each filet lightly with mustard mixture. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture on filets. Bake until salmon flakes easily with a fork, 12-15 min.
Season with salt and pepper.
Suggestion- Mix sauce in baking dish rather than just brushing on filets. You can cook vegetables in dish also
