heat teh ovent to 400 degrees and put a large pot of salted water on to boil. This is to cook the beans. Beans will be cooked for about 4-6 minutes. IF using asparagus steam it, or fry it first.
Put the tomatoe wedges in a colander set over a bowl. Sprinke with 1 tbsp of salt and allow stand for 30 minutes.

Slice the porsciutto crosswise into 1/2 inch stips. Arrange on a baking dish in a single layer and cook until crip. Allow to cool

In a small bowl, whisk together the savory, garlic and vinegar. Whisk in the olive oil to blend. Season to taste with salt and pepper

Combine the tomato wedges, cherry tomatoes, and green beans in a bowl. Add the vinaigrette, toss and season wtih salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a shallow serving bowl or platter. Sprinkle with prosciutto and garnish wtih savory sprigs.
Serve immediatley
Note if you choose to use avacado prepare the avacado and cut into small pieces or wedges jsut before serving so it doesn't turn dark (this happens due to oxidization when the fruit comes in contact with the air).
