     Artichoke Cheese Bread

Ingredients
1 16 oz loaf french bread
1/2 stick oleo
3 cloves minced garlic
1 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 tsp basil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
 
dash of red pepper
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
paprika

Instructions
Cut bread lengthwise. Scoop out center, leaving shell. Crumble removed bread and set aside. Heat oleo on medium heat until melted. Add garlic and cook until light brown. Remove from heat. Add artichoke hearts, basil garlic powder, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, red pepper, and reserved bread. Mix well. Spoon into bread shells. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and paprika. Cover with foil that has been coated with cooking spray. Put on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Open foil or remove from foil and bake for 5 more minutes until cheese is thoroughly melted.
