     Cauliflower Steak - Dinner

Ingredients
1 Cauliflower steak
1 TBS Teriyaki sauce
1 TSP Olive Oil
 
Instructions
Add oil to pan & sauté cauliflower for 3 minutes each side over medium heat.
Pour teriyaki sauce over cauliflower and let sizzle for another minute
Move steak to oven and bake for 15 minutes at 400.
