Mix dry ingredients. Mix in margarine and stir in
oil. Stir in milk and add eggs.
If making biscuits, you can add seasonings of your
choice (italian seasoning or garlic and cheddar
cheese). Drop by the spoonfuls on wax paper on a
cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes and 400
degrees. Check on them occasionally.
You can also add italian seasoning to this
mixture and spread it out on a pizza pan for a
gluten-free pizza crust. You may want to
double the recipe for a thicker crust. Bake
the crust for about 10 minutes, then add sauce,
cheese and toppings. Bake until cheese is
melted, about 10 minutes.
You can also add more sugar and cinnamon to this
mixture and use in a pie pan for a crust for
pumpkin pie. Spread the mixture in the pie pan and
then add pie filling. Bake until pie is done,
about 45-60 minutes.
