     Party Cheese Ball

2 8 ounce packages cream cheese
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
finely snipped and chopped parsley or finely diced walnuts

Place cheeses in mixing bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened. I let them stand about 1 hour. Beat in onion and Worcestershire sauce on low speed. Beat on medium speed, scraping the bowl frequently, until fluffy. Shape mixture into one large ball. Roll in the chopped parsley or nuts. Cover and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
