     Chad's Guacamole

Ingredients
1 large diced tomato
1 small diced red onion
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 bunch finely chopped cilantro
1 lime (juiced)
1 Tbs. olive oil
1 Tbs. red wine vinegar
salt/pepper to taste
1 medium jalapeño finely chopped (seeds removed)
 
4-6 avocados
Instructions
Chop up ripe avocado, mash slightly and blend with all other ingredients.
Serving Suggestions
Tortilla chips and veggies
