Ingredients
a. 1 cup heavy cream
a. salt, pepper, and a dash cayenne pepper
b. 4 ounces gorgonzola cheese crumbles
c. 2 tablespoons parmesean cheese
c. parsley
d. 8 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked
d. 2 salmon filets, cooked to taste
 

Instructions
Heat cream and simmer until it reduces (6-8 minutes). Season and add gorgonzola cheese and melt it. Add parmesan cheese and melt it.
Add cooked pasta and salmon and serve
