     Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
Black Beans (Canned or Fresh)
Cilantro
Red Onion
Diced Green Chiles (Canned)
Panko Bread Crumbs
Cumin
Chile Powder
Cayenne
Garlic (2 Cloves)
 
Pita Pockets or Hamburger Buns

Instructions
Blend Black Beans in a Food Processor or Blender until smooth, add a can of diced green chiles along with 1/2 Red Onion, Spices and 2 cloves of garlic. Then Blend Until Smooth
Add a whole head of cilantro to the blender and blend until the leaves are broken down. Then add panko bread crumbs until the mixture is firm enough to make a patty. One you have formed the patties it should make four large ones or 8 smaller ones, coat the outside in panko bread crumbs.
Stick the patties in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Then heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry lightly on both sides until the patty is firm enough to stand on its own. Top with whatever you like, corn salsa/sour cream/aioli.
Serving Suggestions
1 burger or 2 small burgers
