     Sweet & Sour Pineapple - Dinner

Ingredients
1/2 C Cubed Pineapple
1/4 C Cubed Red Pepper
1/4 C Red Onion
1/2 TSP Sesame Oil
1/2 TSP Vegetable oil
1/2 TSP Sugar
1/2 TSP Lemon juice
 
Instructions
Arrange pineapple, pepper, and onion on baking sheet. Drizzle with oils and sugar. Toss to coat.
Roast mixture at 400 for 30 minutes. Remove and drizzle lemon juice. Toss to coat.
