     Orchiette Garlic Pasta

Ingredients
Orchiette Pasta
2 oz of goat cheese
2 cups of fresh spinach
2 to 3 cloves of garlic
tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
First Start your Pasta and Boil until Aldente. While the Pasta is boiling chop up your cloves of garlic and throw them in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil on medium heat until they are golden brown. Then add two cups of spinach and wilt the spinach until barely soft.
Remove your pasta from the water DO NOT RINSE. Add the sauteed spinach and salt and pepper. Then break up your two ounces of goat cheese (or more) and crumble it into your pasta. Drizzle of olive oil on top.
Serving Suggestions
1 1/2 cups of pasta (if only dish your eating and it will be)
