Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cubed peeled avocado (about 2 avocados)
1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
1/3 cup coarsely chopped onion
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped seeded jalapeño
1/2 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once during processing. Serve immediately.
