     Chicken Enchilada Sop

Ingredients
2 T. Cornstach
2 T. Water
32 z. Chicken broth
1/2 lb. Cooked/chopped chicken breast
1 can (15oz) black beans rinsed and drained
1 can(14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
1can (11 oz.) Mexican style corn
1 bottle (8oz.) taco sauce
1 C. Or large red pepper
 
1can (4oz.) diced green chiilies
2 T. Finely chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
Combine- cornstarch and water in a small bowl. Stir together with everything else except cilantro. Bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally in a large sauce pan. Add cilantro. Simmer.
