2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat 1 tbs olive oil in large sauté pan over medium high heat.
Add chicken breasts and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook for about 5 minutes, allowing chicken to brown.
While the chicken is cooking, make your sauce. Whisk
together soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, honey, cornstarch,
garlic, ginger, and sesame oil until combined.
Once the chicken is done, add the broccoli and stir to
combine. Continue cooking for two to three minutes, until
broccoli is bright green. Stir in soy sauce mixture. Cook for an
additional minute until the sauce has thickened.
Remove from heat and serve with green onions and sesame
seeds. Goes well with brown rice.
