     Raspberry Almond Shortbread Cookies

a. 1 cup butter
a. 2/3 cup white sugar
b. 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
b. 2 cups flour
c. 1/2 cup raspberry jam
d. 1/2 cup convectors sugar
d. 1 teaspoon almond milk
d. 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
d. splash vanilla extract

Cream sugar into barely softened butter. Add B and mix. Roll into balls and make well in each cookie.
Add jam into each well. Freeze cookies. Cook on 350 for 14 minutes.
Mix D to create glaze. Let cookies sit for a minute or so out of the oven and drizzle glaze over cookies.
