Slice of baguette bread, grated parmesan and then slices of
mozarella and swiss cheese.
Instructions
Saute onions in butter or magarine until soft and transparent.
Stir in flour and cook for 2 more minutes. Add beef soup.
Simmer gently for 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Ladle into oven proof bowls; top with slice of bread. Sprinkle with
the Parmesan and then lay the slices of cheese over top.
Turn broiler on, either in toaster or oven.
Put the bowl on small cookie sheet and broil until cheese melts and
browns slightly. Watch carefully so as not to burn.
If using oven, remember to keep oven door slightly ajar.
