5. Use a serrated knife (or unwaxed plain
dental floss) to slice the log into even
pieces.
6. Place in a greased 9×9 pan. (I prefer to
grease with baking spray.) Take any leftover
spice mixture that fell out while transferring
the rolls and sprinkle on top.
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until lightly
browned.
8. If using glaze, let the rolls cool for about
5 minutes. While they cool, add powdered sugar
to a small bowl and add orange juice, 1
tablespoon at a time, and stir continuously
with a spoon (or whisk) until the mixture
reaches desired consistency. Use a spoon to
drizzle the glaze on the cinnamon rolls.
