  Whatever floats your boat!

Ingredients
6 jalapeño peppers
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 TBS shredded cheddar cheese
6 bacon strips
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 TBS chili seasoning

Instructions
Cut jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds; set aside ( do NOT rub your face or eyes!). Blend cheeses in a small bowl. Spoon into pepper halves. Wrap a strip of bacon around each pepper.
Combine brown sugar and chili seasoning; coat peppers with sugar/spice mixture. Place on baking sheet.
Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until bacon is firm. Yield one dozen. I would like to try these, cut, and tooth-picked for a larger crowd.
This recipe can easily be adapted to your needs. Stu and I often make two peppers at a time. Super simple. Just be careful about the peppers you choose. We almost DIED one night after I bought habanero peppers, which were HOT!
Serving Suggestions
Depending on your constitution, provide ample fluids.
