Cut pineapple into 3cm-thick pieces. Cut 4 kiwifruit, peeled, in half crossways. Wash and hull 8 large strawberries.
Thread 1 piece of kiwifruit, 1 piece of pineapple and 1 strawberry onto a wooden ice-cream stick.
Repeat with the remaining kiwifruit, pineapple and strawberries to make 8 fruity traffic lights. Serve immediately or place in the fridge until required.
