2 oz. Emmentaler Swiss Cheese
2 Tbs all purpose flour

Dippers- cubes bread or soft pretzel bite, Granny smith apple, broccoli, carrots

Instructions
Use fondue pot or double boiler to heat mixture. (I used pot with water and put smaller pot on top...then when cooked, transferred to the fondue pot)
Place beer, garlic, dry mustard, and Worcestershire in the pot and combine well.
Shred or cube the cheeses and toss with the flour, coating the cheese well.
When the beer mixture is warm, add one third of the cheese mixture and whisk very well. Once the cheese had been incorporated well, add half the remaining cheese and wisk, Add the remaining cheese and wish until nice and smooth.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with dippers I double recipe. 4oz swiss = 1/4 lb, 12oz of cheddar = 1.5 cups
