Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add
orzo; toss to coat. Add chicken stock to pan; bring to
a simmer. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 17 minutes or
until liquid is absorbed. Stir in parsley, lemon rind,
orange rind, and salt.
